Maine Homegrown by Heroes

Heritage Farm Maine is proud to be a part of the Maine Chapter of Homegrown by Heroes. Homegrown by Heroes is the official marketing label for veteran farmers in the United States. The label was developed by the Farmer Veteran Coalition. The farmer veteran coalition provide outreach, services, funding, support, and assistance to veteran transitioning and working in agricultural activities.  Maine has led the nation by developing the first state chapter.

The Homegrown by Heroes brand allows veterans to display their products in a way that highlights our past service to our country for customers. Heritage farm maine is proud to be a part of this amazing group. The Homegrown by Heroes label allow us to continue serving our country, our neighbors, and each other with a sense of pride and purpose that can often be fleeting when returning to civilian life.
